New Lakeside and Riverside lots in Dakota Dunes
Spanish Bay is being built on 63 acres in the extreme southeast corner of Dakota Dunes.
The development's centerpiece is a 22-acre man-made lake carved out of a wooded area just east of the seventh green and eigth tee on the golf course and fronting on the river. Of the 47 home lots, 27 are on the man-made lake and 17 are on the river.
Just four riverfront lots and eight lakefront lots remain for sale.
The 25-foot-deep lake will be fed by wells and maintained with geothermal heat pumps.
Lots are generally three-fourths of an acre and start at $85,500, ranging up to $275,000.
